Accurate and automatic recall of the names of the letters in the alphabet, both upper case and lower case, is a focus of Module One. 

Letter names can be learnt by singing ABC songs. Songs and chants are included in the Module One Teacher Resource Book. 

The Flying Start to Literacy: Phonics Alphabet Cards support revision and practice of the alphabet. Each Alphabet Card features an upper-case and lower-case letter, a picture and a word for each letter sound.
